Developing staff and student cultural capabilities

Most professional environments now call for some level of engagement with people from diverse cultures. This requires that a host of skills, knowledges, behaviours and attributes are developed at university to enable graduates to engage respectfully and effectively. It also requires developing course curriculums to reflect First Peoples’ knowledge, perspective and experience.
