Renewing loans

Items are loaned to your library account. The Library will let you know when you need to return your item(s) via email. 
Due dates are only displayed for High Demand items, Short Loan items and items that are due to be returned. 

If the item is requested by another user, you will be emailed a date by which to return it. You are guaranteed a minimum seven-day loan.

Previous loans

To view your previous loan history go to Loans and change Active Loans to Previous and historic loans 

From the Request screen you can view your current requests, see their progress and cancel requests.

What is Borrower Information?

Borrower information allows you to:

  • check current loans
  • renew your current loans
  • check or cancel any requests
  • check for fines owing
  • see your loan history
  • set up mobile notices

Accessing Borrower Information

To access My Borrower Information you must be logged in. Click on your name in the top right hand corner of the screen and then My Borrower Information
