EndNote Online: Getting started

What is EndNote Online?


EndNote Online (previously known as EndNote Web) complements your EndNote Desktop library by allowing you to collect references when away from your desktop. It also enables you to share your references with your colleagues.  This guide will show you how to: 

Search and view EndNote Online references from any mobile device!

Access to EndNote Online

To access EndNote Online:

1.   Go to the Library homepage>Databases>Web of Science. Click on My Tools then EndNote and enter your email address and password. If you are a First Time User click Register and enter all your details.

 2.   Via EndNote Online,
Enter your email address and password. If you are a First Time User click on Sign Up for an account and enter all your details.  Use the Options tab to change your Password, Email Address or Profile Information.



Ask a question

Start typing your question in the search box below. If your question already exists, select it from the list on the next screen.

Match it - NEW!

Endnote has just introduced a new feature - Journal matching. Match it suggests the best potential journals to publish your research paper. EndNote will find the right journal for your paper using your

  • title
  • abstract
  • references
