Using the Library Catalogue: e-Shelf

What is e-Shelf?

e-Shelf allows you to save and organise the records of items that you find in the catalogue.

To access e-Shelf, log in (top right hand corner of the catalogue) and select e-Shelf.

Logging in allows you to permanently store records and searches. If you do not log in, records will be saved for your current session only.

Saving items to e-shelf

  • From the list of results you have retrieved, click the star icon next to the title of the item records that you wish to add to your e-Shelf.
  • If you want to save all the results from the page, click Add page to e-shelf located at the bottom of the left hand menu.

  • Once you have saved your references to e-Shelf you can organise them into folders. You can also email, print or send to EndNote.
