Books give you a good introduction to a topic and explain theories. Dictionaries give you definitions of terms and encyclopedias can give brief background information on your topic.
Check the Curtin Singapore Library for books and reference material that you need by searching the Curtin Singapore OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue). You can also use the larger Singapore public library system.
eBooks are electronic versions of print books that can be read online or downloaded to a computer.
As a Curtin Pathway student, you have access to a large collection of eBooks through the Ebook central database. You will need to login using your student ID and password.

Singapore students can register at your local public library to borrow library materials. You will need your National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) or other identification (e.g. FIN) to register.
To use the Singapore National Library Board's e-books and online reference works, you must first become a public library member. You can then register to become a Digital Library member to access online resources from home or in a public library. See the link below for more information:
